After excelling as a Sales or Off Plan Consultant, you may progress to a management position as you continue to grow your career. What You'll Do Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers. Conduct market appraisals for listings. List properties on our CRM system Reapit. Qualify clients and arrange viewings. Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties. Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency. Keep record of properties, clients, and owners. What You'll Need A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
