Manage daily taxi operations, vehicle allocation, and driver deployment. Handle vehicle handover and takeover procedures, including physical inspections and documentation. Ensure vehicles are ready for registration and operational deployment. Coordinate with the Workshop Department for accident repairs, maintenance, and vehicle breakdowns. Monitor fleet availability, vehicle condition, and operational efficiency. Review and approve driver leave requests as per company policy and operational requirements. Coordinate with the Training Department for driver retraining and refresher training. Monitor operational KPIs and ensure targets are achieved as per management requirements. Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily and periodic reports. Previous experience in taxi operations, fleet management, or the transport industry. Practical knowledge of vehicle allocation, handover/takeover, and vehicle inspection. Experience coordinating with workshop and training departments. Good understanding of driver management, fleet readiness, and operational KPIs. Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems. Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
