The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and contractual obligations while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and construction standards. The successful candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor project performance, manage risks and costs, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
