Role Description The Director role at Media Solutions Holding is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Director will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the company's web development, design, and social media management services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and aligning service offerings with market needs and client expectations. The role involves managing key client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to financial planning and performance monitoring. The Director is also expected to implement best practices in project governance, mentor team leaders, and foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning. Experience in web development or digital services environments, with understanding of web design, web development processes, and social media management. Strong project and operations management capabilities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and quality control. Business acumen, with experience in budgeting, performance analysis, and supporting sales or business development activities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build long-term partnerships. Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a diverse, cross-cultural team setting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage. Prior experience in a director-level or senior management role within a digital agency, tech company, or similar organization is preferred.
