Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals to clients, highlighting key cost factors and project timelines. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering sectors. Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience with cost estimation software like Sage Estimating or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
