Project Manager – Customer Experience (Construction Digitization) About the Role We're looking for a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from kickoff through go-live and adoption. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of digital transformation projects (ERP, project controls, construction management platforms) for construction companies Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage expectations, communication and satisfaction Define scope, plans, budgets and timelines, and track delivery against them Coordinate internal teams, technology partners and client stakeholders Drive user adoption through change management, training and post-go-live support Identify risks early and escalate with clear mitigation plans Report progress to senior client and internal leadership Requirements 10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation (e.g., ERP implementation for construction companies) Proven client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder programs Strong understanding of construction workflows such as project controls, procurement, cost and document management Arabic speaker (mandatory) Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory) Current UAE resident (mandatory) PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred Experience with platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore or Aconex is a plus What We Offer A senior role on high-impact regional transformation programs Competitive package based on experience Ready to lead the future of construction Apply now.
