The successful candidate will ensure accurate transaction processing, timely investor communication, and compliance with applicable fund administration requirements. Key Responsibilities Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account amendments. Maintain accurate investor records and fund ownership registers. Verify investor documentation and coordinate KYC/AML checks. Reconcile investor transactions, cash movements, and fund records. Handle investor inquiries and resolve transaction discrepancies. Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, compliance teams, and investment managers. Support fund launches, distributions, corporate actions, and investor reporting. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable UAE regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or investor services. Strong knowledge of subscriptions, redemptions, investor registers, and fund operations. Understanding of KYC/AML requirements and investor documentation procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fund administration systems.
