Our reputation is built on excellence, integrity, and long-term client success. The Role This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. You will advise and represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and investment properties, ensuring every transaction aligns with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and convert leads - Conduct property viewings and present tailored options - Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through to closing - Analyze market trends and stay current on UAE regulations and RERA guidelines - Build lasting client relationships and maintain strong networks with developers and investors - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate, high-quality service Requirements - Proven brokerage experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors - Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and regulatory framework - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Valid RERA certification (or eligibility to obtain) and familiarity with Dubai Land Department processes - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract review skills - Strong client service and communication skills - Proficiency with CRM tools and property listing platforms - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage - Prior Dubai/UAE brokerage experience is highly preferred How to Apply Send your CV via WhatsApp to +971 52 448 9036
