1-Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation. 2-Ensure compliance with architectural design intent, project specifications, and relevant codes and standards. 3-Assist in interpreting architectural plans and provide technical support to site teams and contractors. 4-Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues and discrepancies. 5-Manage documentation control including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and correspondence. 6-Participate in technical meetings, site inspections, and project reviews. 7-Support cost control by reviewing invoices, variation orders, and subcontractor claims related to architectural scope. 8-Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders. 9-Assist in procurement and quantity take-offs for architectural materials when required. Experience in commercial or hospitality projects is required. Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.
