Collector

About this opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Collector to manage customer receivables, follow up on overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely debt recovery in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments. Contact customers through calls, emails, and visits to collect outstanding balances. Negotiate payment terms and settlement plans within company guidelines. Prepare collection reports and receivables aging analysis. Maintain accurate collection records and payment documentation. Coordinate with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies. Escalate overdue or high-risk accounts when necessary. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable. Experience in retail or commercial collections is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or financial systems is an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
