Performance Marketer ERE Homes | Dubai, UAE Immediate start preferred About the Role ERE Homes is looking for an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketer to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate qualified leads and drive measurable results across our marketing channels. You'll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising campaigns, using data and creative testing to improve performance, lead quality and conversion rates. Experience generating leads within the Dubai real estate market would be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Generate qualified leads and optimise campaigns against performance targets. Manage advertising budgets and monitor spend, cost per lead and conversion rates. Conduct creative testing and continuously optimise campaign performance. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, reporting and campaign analytics. Analyse lead quality and work to improve the connection between marketing performance and sales outcomes. Report on results, identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven changes. Requirements Proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing. Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrable skills in campaign optimisation, budget management, creative testing and conversion tracking. A data-driven approach, with the ability to explain campaign decisions and measurable results. Experience in real estate lead generation is strongly preferred.
