Responsibilities As a Italian Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues. You should also be able to work in rotational shifts. Prior back-office experience will be a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Exceptional Italian language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
