Job Overview We are hiring a motivated Cisco Presales Engineer in Kuwait. This role involves working closely with the Sales Team to understand customer needs, designing tailored Cisco-based solutions, delivering technical presentations, and assisting in proposals and POCs. Duties & Responsibilities Assisting the Sales Team in understanding customer technical requirements and business objectives. Helping design and propose Cisco solutions that address customer needs, including hardware, software, and services. Delivering clear and compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Troubleshooting basic technical issues during the presales process. Contributing to the development of technical sections of proposals, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and solution architectures. Responding to customer technical questions and providing clarifications. Assisting in the planning and execution of POCs to showcase the value of Cisco solutions in a customer's environment. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal Teams (sales, engineering, etc.). Organizing partner training and enablement sessions for partners. Staying updated on Cisco products, technologies, and industry trends. Understanding and articulating Cisco's differentiators against competitors. Working closely with senior presales engineers and other technical specialists to learn and contribute to complex deals. Supporting the handover of technical details to the post-sales and implementation Teams. Skills & Qualifications
