Senior Manager - Budgeting and FP&A (UAE National)

Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Operations to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation activities across a multi-entity group. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial discipline, supporting executive decision-making, and managing a sizeable finance team within a fast-paced environment. Client Details Our client is a diversified UAE-based group operating across multiple business sectors and experiencing significant growth and transformation. Description Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units.Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Profile UAE National with Family Book (essential).Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years' finance experience, with at least 3+ years leading teamsStrong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations, and management reporting.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred.Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.
