Role Description We are seeking motivated, results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals passionate about real estate, confident in client interactions, and driven to achieve sales targets. You will advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities across Dubai, recommend suitable developments based on their requirements, and manage the sales process from the initial inquiry through to successful transaction completion. At OSUS PROPERTIES, we support our consultants with qualified company-provided leads, developer relationships, project briefings, and ongoing sales training. You will work closely with the sales management team to convert opportunities, develop client relationships, and maximize your earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Manage and convert qualified company-provided leads into successful property transactions. * Advise clients on off-plan projects, payment plans, pricing, developers, and investment potential. * Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and follow-ups. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners. * Stay updated on Dubai's property market, new launches, and investment trends. * Attend developer briefings, property launches, exhibitions, and networking events. * Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates using the company CRM. * Work towards individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and applicable UAE real estate regulations. Qualifications and Requirements * Previous experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan property sales. * Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and closing skills. * Excellent client relationship management and presentation abilities. * A proactive, target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. * Good understanding of Dubai's property market, developers, payment plans, and investment opportunities. * Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. * A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. * A valid RERA broker card is preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold one may be supported by the company in obtaining the required certification, subject to applicable requirements.
