Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities. The Real Estate Specialist will handle negotiations, prepare and review contracts, and coordinate with legal and financial stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with clients through responsive communication, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support before and after sales or leases. The Real Estate Specialist will also contribute to business development by identifying new leads, participating in networking activities, and supporting marketing initiatives that promote ANW Real Estate's services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including market analysis, property valuation, and transaction management. Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Estate Development, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and support the growth of property portfolios. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, clear communication, and long-term relationship building. Knowledge of the Dubai and broader UAE real estate market, including relevant regulations and local practices. Proven experience in real estate brokerage, property management, or a related field. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets. Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
