We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. What You'll Do Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties. To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs. What You'll Need Proficient in MS Office. Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports. Good communication and presentation skills. Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients.
