ABOUT THE ROLE Mintlayer's community is growing across X, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub and most of that growth is generating data that no one is fully using yet. The Data Scientist for Marketing builds the analytics foundation that connects community activity to on-chain behavior, campaign attribution to real user acquisition, and ecosystem developer metrics to BD strategy. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Build and own the marketing and growth analytics stack: data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting cadence Track and analyze community growth metrics across all Mintlayer channels Develop on-chain user behavior analytics: wallet creation trends, DEX participation rates, token issuance activity Build campaign attribution models connecting off-chain marketing to on-chain user behavior Produce regular growth reports for marketing leadership Support BD strategy with ecosystem metrics: developer adoption rates, TVL trends, and protocol usage benchmarks Maintain data documentation and reporting standards 3+ years data science, growth analytics, or marketing analytics Experience with crypto ecosystem metrics: wallet growth, DEX volume, TVL trends Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, or similar) Comfortable presenting to non-technical leadership
