Job Title: Warehouse In-Charge Location: Dubai Salary: AED 4,500 - 5,500 Job Code: 376/001/616 Industry: Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading Job Brief: Our client is seeking a reliable, organised, and hands-on Warehouse In-Charge to manage daily warehouse operations in Al Quoz, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving deliveries, preparing customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records in Odoo, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring proper stock storage and rotation. The role involves physical warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and loading goods. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience in the region , practical knowledge of Odoo or a similar inventory management system, and experience handling stock with batch numbers and expiry dates. Job Responsibilities: Receive deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents, verifying product codes, quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product conditions. Report shortages, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies promptly, referring acceptance or rejection decisions to the Sales Coordinator. Record goods receipts (GRNs), dispatches, and inventory movements accurately in Odoo, ensuring correct product details, quantities, batch numbers, and storage locations. Maintain supporting documents for all actual inventory transactions and stock movements. Organise, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations, applying FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles where applicable. Identify and report near-expiry, damaged, or non-conforming products. Pick, double-check, pack, and label customer orders against approved sales orders, verifying quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before dispatch. Prepare packing lists and dispatch records and coordinate collections with delivery drivers and freight forwarders. Conduct two full physical stock inventories annually and participate in scheduled cycle counts. Maintain accurate and traceable receiving, picking, and dispatch documentation. Communicate stock discrepancies, inventory issues, and potential delivery delays to the Sales Coordinator and Accounts team. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, following proper handling and storage procedures. Report warehouse equipment, storage, or facility issues promptly. Job Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on warehouse operations and order preparation experience. Practical experience using Odoo or a similar inventory management system for goods receipts, dispatches, and stock counts. Experience in receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching goods. Knowledge of inventory management, batch number tracking, expiry-date control, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation. Experience handling perfumes, cosmetics, or similar products will be an advantage. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and conduct physical stock counts. Good English communication, computer, and spreadsheet skills. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily warehouse activities independently while following approval procedures. Ability to handle goods safely and perform daily physical warehouse tasks. Valid Dubai driving licence and own vehicle will be preferred.
