Head of Machine Learning Banking & Investments On-site in the UAE Permanent position We are looking for a Head of Machine Learning for a financial services giant in the UAE. Responsibility Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of GenAI, Agentic AI workflows, and advanced ML models Link state-of-the-art AI research and production-grade engineering Steer the ML vision and strategy Experience needed: Proven banking experience 5+ years in leadership roles across Machine Learning, Data Science of Software Engineering Strong background in hands on ML roles Deep understanding of embedding AI microservices into high traffic web and mobile apps Hands-on experience with modern cloud ecosystems Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI architectures Awareness of responsible AI MLOPS & GenAIOps production deployment Management Experience leading teams of 40+ (IC's & Managers) Scale the ML function Education: Must have at least a Bachelors to apply Package: Tax free salary Tax free bonus Tax free relocation cash allowance Education allowance for children Visa + family Medical insurance + family Flight allowance + family **Due to the high number of applicants, only candidates with the relevant skillset will be contacted**
