We are an established sports academy in Sharjah with an 9 -year history , specializing in rhythmic gymnastics and taekwondo . We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Arabic-Speaking Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help parents enroll children in our programs! Key Responsibilities: Handle warm inbound leads primarily via WhatsApp and direct messages from parents. Convert prospective parents into academy enrollments and coordinate trial classes. Provide clear, friendly consultations regarding our sports activities and schedules. Maintain ongoing communication with parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention. The role may require occasional travel between nearby branches in Sharjah and Dubai. Company-provided transport is available , so you don't need to worry about commuting logistics. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Base Salary: AED 3,000 + Lucrative Performance Commissions (fast-track salary review based on performance) Full Benefits: Visa sponsorship, medical insurance, corporate cell phone and 30 days of annual leave. Working Hours & Schedule: Schedule: 6 days a week, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (aligned with peak after-school hours).
