Sr.HSE Officer Location: KEZAD Freezone Abu Dhabi We are looking for an experienced HSE Professional to lead and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement HSE policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, lead audits, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: •Implement and maintain HSE Management Systems. •Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. •Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHAD requirements. •Deliver HSE inductions and training programs. •Monitor HSE performance and prepare management reports. •Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety initiatives. •Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies. •Support continuous improvement of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. •NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. •7-10 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. •Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, OSHAD, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. •Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
