We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our busy All Day Dining Restaurant . The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service. What you will be doing: Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards. Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service periods. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations. Process guest bills and payments accurately. Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards. Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times. Your experience and skills include: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
