Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Extensive experience (10+ years) in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Managerial/Leadership role within the luxury retail sector. Proven track record of managing a large-scale, multi-brand retail operation or department store. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability. Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
