Due to the opening of our newest school, GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding Primary Teacher to join our founding team in January 2027. GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar is the newest addition to the successful GEMS Founders family , having opened its doors in August 2026 . Built on the 10-year legacy of the Founders brand, the school will deliver a high-quality British education following the National Curriculum for England, initially welcoming students from FS1 to Year 8 and expanding year-on-year towards becoming a full FS1–Year 13 school. This is a unique opportunity to join a founding team and play a key role in shaping the culture, curriculum and future success of a brand-new school community.
