2–4 years of experience specifically as a Restaurant Manager Strong experience in F&B / restaurant operations Excellent FOH team management and leadership skills Experience with staff scheduling, manpower planning and shift management Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards Understanding of P&L, sales, costs and basic financial controls Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment Good communication and team-management skills Available to work in Dubai At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced dining environment, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue, with a keen eye for detail. Certification in food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
