Vehicle Management: Manage company vehicles and plan transportation schedules for efficient use. Labour Transportation: Coordinate daily pickup and drop-off of labour staff. Order Collection & Dispatch: Handle order collection, loading, and timely dispatch to customers or sites. Customs Clearance: Coordinate customs clearance procedures and documentation. Port Clearance: Manage port clearance activities and follow up with clearing agents. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure smooth, well-organised operations. 2-3 years of experience in a similar logistics role in the UAE Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Good knowledge of UAE customs and port clearance procedures Strong coordination and time-management skills Ability to manage daily logistics operations independently and efficiently Good communication skills (English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage) Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, inventory records)
