Are you a consultative seller who wins large, complex deals by solving real problems — not just pitching products? Actis is a 50+ year pioneer that designs and builds the technology infrastructure powering how top organisations work, collaborate, and connect — from boardrooms and campuses to luxury residences. We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales leader who can grow high-value accounts and open new ones in UAE. This is a project business. You will be managing large deals with sales cycles of 3–9 months. AV industry experience is not required — but enterprise solution sales experience is. What You’ll Do Grow and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across corporate, government, education, hospitality, and residential verticals — targeting large-cap Indian companies, multinationals, leading institutions, and 5-star hospitality groups. Get Actis specified. Work with architects, PMCs, and consultants to get Actis solutions written into project specifications, tenders, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) before deals go to market. Navigate the three stakeholder groups that decide every project: design (architects & consultants), build (PMCs & contractors), and maintain (IT heads, facilities managers & CXOs). Drive sales across our full portfolio — unified communications (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex), smart lighting, environment control, and AV infrastructure. Co-create proposals with our internal design and pre-sales engineering teams — you bring the relationship and the brief; we help you build the solution. Sell the integration, not just the hardware: represent Actis’s full value — design, installation, SLA-backed support, and long-term partnership. Who We’re Looking For A consultative seller: you ask business questions before discussing products and can convert client challenges into solution architecture discussions. Audience fluency: you can explain the same solution to a CFO as “30% energy savings” and to a Facilities Manager as “centralised occupancy monitoring.” A hunter: you have a Go-To-Market playbook you’ve actually used to break into new enterprise accounts. Stability: minimum 3–4 years tenure in a previous organisation — enough to have seen a project from specification through to delivery. Genuine curiosity for technology — you follow developments in collaboration tech, smart buildings, and workplace innovation.
