About the role We re growing our AI engineering team in Abu Dhabi and are looking for motivated engineers who want to build real-world AI products. You ll work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to design, develop and deploy AI-powered applications. Responsibilities Develop, test and maintain software and AI/ML solutions in production Build and integrate AI features, such as LLM-based applications, APIs and data pipelines Prepare, clean and manage datasets for model training and evaluation Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to turn requirements into working solutions Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and take part in code reviews Stay current with new developments in AI and machine learning Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field Junior: 1 2 years of experience, or strong internship and project work Mid-level: 3 5 years of hands-on software or AI/ML development Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, C++ or JavaScript is a plus Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn Understanding of data structures, algorithms and software engineering principles Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git and REST APIs Good communication skills in English
