We are an EPC Engineering & Contracting company, looking for an experienced HSE Engineers to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements for 132kV GIS/AIS Substation Projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, project specifications, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement project HSE plans and procedures. Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits. Carry out risk assessments and toolbox talks. Monitor permit-to-work activities. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project requirements. Maintain HSE documentation and reports. Conduct safety training and awareness programs. Promote a positive safety culture across the project. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 7+ years of HSE experience in Utility or EPC Projects. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
