Sat within the Senior Leadership Team in the Head Office based in Dubai. As the Project Controls Manager you will have a strategic oversight across program & risk. Our Client 30 Years + Success Tier 1 Main Contractor Hold strong relationships across developers and gov departments Huge Internal capability to deliver a project from cradle to grave Delivered some of the most iconic projects across the Dubai Skyline , have built in all of the 7 Emirates to date. As the Project Controls Manager you will be auditing and reviewing the live project teams, adding value to tenders and monitoring a range of activities related to cost and time. Can you adapt, improve, drive change and lead forward in a positive manner. Can you raise conversations internally to get leaders to approach the finish line in a different way. You will be able to get into the finite detail on below, whilst being able to see the bigger picture in relation to new awards and final accounts. Critical Path Analysis Earned Value Management Risk Analysis Cost Control Resource Planning Can you walk the site with an Operations Manager and see the real numbers reflecting the progress on site. Yes you will have date & p6 skills but also comfortable getting out from behind the desk when needed. Package Lump sum figure of 48-60,000 AED Per Month All In Family status, flights & medical Bonus can range up to 3 Months of Basic Salary for exceptional performance Requirements Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager / Leader on New Build Construction project / projects It will be evident that you have Major Project Experience across Buildings 500 Million AED ++ Client are only open to characters with a permanent employment background for Main Contractors Seeking someone with a real eye for detail and a strategic view to work, planning, controls and risk Must be able to convey the message up and downstream Confident to client face if needed Can add value at pre and post contract as you have the real experience from a Project Controls capacity to add insight Preferred Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification Clear PRIMAVERA P6 Software experience Previous experience working on tier 1 projects or in the UAE construction sector If you feel you have the skills, personality and drive for this role please share a word formatted CV to t.clark@nsrassociates.com
