About the Role: We are seeking a Program Manager for Real Estate Transformation based in Dubai to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide real estate modernization initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, implement ERP and property management solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives and local regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance, and external vendors Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP systems for property management Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels, providing regular status updates and governance reports Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies Monitor program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and best practices Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track
