The Opportunity Your primary responsibility will be to identify companies with recruitment needs, connect with key decision-makers, introduce Agora Hire's services and convert business opportunities into long-term client partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced B2B sales professionals, independent Business Development consultants, commercial agents and well-connected individuals who know how to generate business and build valuable relationships. You will have the flexibility to develop your own pipeline, leverage your professional network and directly influence your earning potential. Who We're Looking For We are looking for proactive, commercially minded professionals who understand how to generate business and build relationships. Our ideal candidate has: Proven experience in B2B sales, Business Development, client acquisition or commercial partnerships. 5+ years of experience Experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR, consulting, outsourcing or other professional services is a strong advantage. The ability to identify business opportunities and engage senior decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset. The ability to work independently and manage their own business development activities. An established professional network is a significant advantage. Experience in the UAE market is welcome. We're not looking for someone who simply collects contacts or forwards leads. We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors, create opportunities, develop client relationships and bring real business to Agora Hire. Compensation & Commission Structure 100% Commission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential | 12-Month Trailing Commission We believe that the people who bring business and create long-term client relationships should benefit from the value they generate. Competitive Commission Earn an agreed percentage of eligible revenue generated from clients you successfully introduce and bring to Agora Hire. 12-Month Revenue Tail Continue earning commission on all eligible revenue invoiced to the clients you introduce during the 12 months following the agreed start of the first hire. All Recruitment Categories Your commission opportunity is not limited to the initial vacancy or service. It extends to eligible recruitment business across both IT and non-IT roles generated by your acquired clients during the applicable 12-month period. Uncapped Earning Potential There is no fixed earnings ceiling. Your earning potential grows with the business you bring in. Flexible Partnership Work independently, manage your own schedule, and develop your client portfolio. Commission percentages, eligible revenue definitions, payment triggers and applicable terms will be agreed upon in writing before engagement.
