Electrical Supervisor

Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee & coordinate all electrical construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities on projects. Supervise daily electrical construction activities at site. Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved IFC/AFC drawings, specifications, procedures, and project standards. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality requirements. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and tools required for electrical activities. Review construction work packages and verify readiness before execution. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8-12 years of electrical construction experience in EPC projects. Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory position. Previous experience with major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Power, or Industrial projects. Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Kuwait or GCC countries, is highly desirable. Experience with EPC contractors such as JGC, Technip Energies, Fluor, KBR, Petrofac, Saipem, Samsung Engineering, or Hyundai Engineering is an advantage. OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred. Electrical testing and commissioning certifications are advantageous. PTW and HSE training certifications preferred. Salary: Day Rate in KWD Plus Allowance Work Schedule: 10 Hours / 6 Days Duration: 1 year, with possible extension Location: Kuwait
