EXCLUSIVE | eMagine Solutions DMCC Director / VP – Investments & Portfolio Management (Energy & Infrastructure) | DIFC, Dubai Salary: AED 200,000 – 220,000 per month This is a rare, senior DIFC opportunity for an investment leader who can take deals from thesis to execution, then stay close to the asset to drive performance, governance, and profitability. We’re exclusively mandated by our client to appoint a Director/VP-level hire to lead JV origination, investment execution, and portfolio value creation across energy transition, infrastructure, industrials, and strategic partnerships. The role (what you’ll own) Lead the full investment lifecycle: origination/screening, valuation, IC materials, due diligence (commercial/financial/legal/technical), negotiation, closing Structure and operationalise joint ventures and strategic partnerships (steering committee-level involvement) Drive portfolio governance: board observer/secretary support, exec committee engagement, stakeholder alignment and reporting Deliver post-investment value creation: operational efficiency, cost optimisation, growth initiatives, performance improvement and EBITDA delivery Own senior stakeholder management across shareholders, partners, advisors, and internal leadership Support transaction readiness where needed; IPO exposure is a plus Who this suits (ideal background) Senior experience in private equity, principal investing, portfolio management, or corporate & investment banking (M&A) Track record across JVs and strategic partnerships, ideally in energy, infrastructure, industrials, and/or logistics Strong board-level exposure and confidence operating with C-suite and shareholders Excellent financial modelling and investment judgement (integrated models, sensitivities, debt schedules, long-range projections) Clear evidence of hands-on operational impact post-close (transformation, efficiency programs, performance uplift) International and GCC exposure strongly preferred MBA preferred; strong finance/accounting foundation Package AED 200,000 – 220,000 per month (all-in, depending on profile) Seniority: Director / VP (final title aligned to scope and mandate) Location DIFC, Dubai (on-site/hybrid depending on business requirements)
