We are expanding our presence in the UAE and international markets and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and international markets. Research and evaluate potential markets for business expansion. Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential distributors and business partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, pharmacies, retailers, and key accounts. Follow up on product registration processes in new markets and coordinate with distributors and relevant regulatory teams. Coordinate with manufacturers and international partners regarding product documentation and registration requirements. Develop market entry strategies and identify opportunities to introduce BESHOR products into new countries. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and distribution terms. Monitor existing markets and follow up with distributors to achieve sales targets. Prepare regular business development reports and provide updates on new opportunities, ongoing negotiations, and registration progress.
