We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management & Design to lead project management, design operations, and activities within an engineering consultancy. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality design delivery, effective project planning, and compliance with project schedules, budgets, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead project management, design management, and activities across multiple projects. Oversee architectural, structural, civil, infrastructure, and MEP design development. Manage projects from concept design through detailed design and tender documentation. Establish project management procedures, reporting systems, KPIs, and governance standards. Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective design integration. Manage client relationships and resolve project-related issues. Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Lead and develop Project Managers, Design Managers, and technical teams. Oversee project performance and implement improvements to ensure successful delivery. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline. 20+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering consultancy, project management, and design management. Proven experience in a senior leadership position overseeing design and project management functions. Strong experience in operations, project governance, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting. Extensive knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination and project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
