We're Hiring: Marketing Technology & AI Specialist Dubai | Full-time | Springfield Properties Springfield Properties has specialized in off-plan and under-construction real estate in the UAE since 2008. We're now looking for someone who is part builder and part marketer: a person who can use AI to make our systems faster, smarter and more effective. What you'll do • Develop, maintain and improve our website, including performance, UX, SEO and lead capture • Build and optimize back-end systems, internal tools and automations • Manage and structure our CRM and databases so data is clean, connected and useful • Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and others daily to speed up development, content and workflows • Work with marketing and sales teams to turn ideas into working tools and campaigns • Find new ways AI can improve how our agents and teams operate What we're looking for • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as web development, marketing technology or systems • Hands-on experience building websites for companies, whether in-house or at an agency • Working knowledge of CRMs, databases, and integrations (APIs, automation platforms) • Real proficiency with AI tools, and examples of how you've used them in your work • Marketing insight: you understand how a website and systems drive leads and sales • Real estate or marketing agency background is a strong plus Why join us • Direct impact on a 250-person company, with real ownership of your work • Freedom to experiment with the latest AI tools • A fast-moving, growing team, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Please apply using the following link: https://careers.sfprop.ae/apply/marketing-technology-ai-specialist
