Supervise and manage daily site construction activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and local regulations. Resolve technical issues and support project planning and execution. Review material requirements and monitor site resources to ensure efficient project delivery. If you are ready to grow, we are ready to meet you Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer, including experience in a Senior Site Engineer role. UAE construction experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience in Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects is a must. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, and HSE practices. Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
