Role & responsibilities University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related area. BMC Helix ITSM Application Development & Administration Certificates. Minimum (7) years of experience of working in IT Service Delivery Minimum (5) years of experience of working in configuration and managing BMC Application. Have Experience in BMC Dashboard to generate reports. Have experience in TrueSight Modules in both development and administration. Capable in customizing and developing BMC Application. Capable in generating complex reports by working with field and formulas. Ability to create Inventory Catalogs. Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well. Good interpersonal skills. Preferred candidate profile ,Exposure to new technology of containers(Kubernetes/Open Shift).Atleast basic understanding for Kubernetes is required to deploy BMC Helix ,Exposure to BMC Helix On Prem Installation Fundamentals , good. ,exposure to Application Upgrade methodology.
