Responsibilities: Design and implement Oracle SOA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards, utilizing tools like Oracle JDeveloper and SOA Suite. Lead integration projects by collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals. Mentor junior developers on best practices in Oracle SOA development, providing guidance on coding standards, troubleshooting techniques, and performance optimization strategies.
