Where you will give high quality service, supply, provide turn-down for guest rooms and suites as per resort standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities To report for duty punctually and ensure proper grooming as per hotel policy. To attend daily briefing in selected areas conducted by Supervisor/Manager. Be fully trained on resort standards and procedures required to carry out daily tasks. Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment as per hotel standards. Clean, replenish and prepare all guest rooms as per hotel standards. Move and position cleaning trolley in the corridor ensuring a safe and hazard free corridor as per hotel policy. To follow the resorts key control policy. Operate machinery and equipment accordingly. Report malfunctioning tools, incidents, and guest room issues correctly to supervisor and to Engineering department. Report lost and found articles as per hotel policy. Report in-room safe issues as per hotel standards and policies. Report unusual guest behavior or activities as per hotel standards. Have thorough knowledge of the layout of the guest rooms and corridors, and all housekeeping storage spaces with what they hold. Follow hotel s health and safety policies and procedures. Attend trainings necessary for the tasks and as per hotel requirements.
