Ro Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement, from RFQs and vendor sourcing to PO placement and delivery follow-up. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers. Evaluate technical and commercial quotations and prepare bid comparison statements. Coordinate with engineering, project, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely material delivery. Monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Requirements: 5-10 years of relevant procurement experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy. Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement documentation. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred. Good understanding of Incoterms and international procurement. UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage
