Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President – Real Estate to lead business development, oversee real estate operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability. • Oversee real estate sales, property investments, and brokerage operations. • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. • Lead, motivate, and manage sales and business development teams. • Build relationships with investors, property developers, and high-net-worth clients. • Monitor market trends, analyse investment opportunities, and identify growth areas. • Manage revenue targets, budgets, and overall business performance. • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. • 6–10 years of experience in real estate, property investment, or brokerage, with proven leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of the real estate market. • Proven track record in business development, sales growth, and team management. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills. • Strong industry network and experience managing key client relationships.
