Lead BMS & ELV Design for Global Data Centre Projects | Dubai We're seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee BMS and ELV design across hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments. Based in Dubai, you will lead projects from concept design through detailed design, construction support, commissioning and handover. You will establish technical standards, manage design consultants and specialist vendors, and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams. Your scope will include BMS controls and system architecture, HVAC automation, power monitoring, DCIM integration, structured cabling, fibre optics, CCTV, access control and fire detection systems. What we're looking for: 12–15+ years of BMS and ELV engineering experience, including at least seven years in data centre design and delivery. Demonstrated ownership of data centre BMS design from concept, including control philosophy, Basis of Design, system architecture and design specifications. Experience leading ELV design and coordinating its integration with wider building systems. Strong technical leadership, team management and consultant/vendor management experience. Experience supporting procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Process Engineering or a related discipline. PMP, RCDD or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
