What you’ll do: Define and implement the strategy for Panel Builders channel for Eaton in UAE, to drive channel effectives, support to achieve the country target Manage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for performance improvement. Weekly pipeline review with the PBs in coordination with the sales team Understand the Market intelligence, Trends, competitors moves and behavior, SWOT Analysis, market drives. Products development and market development Full understanding of market offers, products and systems Work with the product mangers to assure launching products meeting the market requirements Early engagement with the panel builders to maximize Eaton chances in winning jobs Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targeted segments and insure channel targets are met Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team for project specific ,commercial support Define with sales team the key targets per account (Sales, segments etc) and ensure they are achieved , implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions Represent Eaton along with Panel Builders for any Project delivery discussions/review with Customers Assessment of the existing panel builders, recommend actions and development plans how to grow in the business Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading and controlling Panel Builders channels business in the UAE or the region Skills: Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear, especially ACBs, MCCBs, controls, Switchboard systems, and assemblies Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE & Oman Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia market and PB channels including knowledge on Channels and the market.
