Head of FP&A - Healthcare

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Planning & Budgeting. Own the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts across 3 operational hospitals, 20 clinics and the hospital in pre-opening, consolidating facility-level plans into a single Group KSA view for the GCFO. • New Hospital Opening. Build and maintain financial models for new facility openings, including the hospital currently in pre-opening: capex phasing, ramp-up assumptions, breakeven timelines and funding requirements. • Business Partnering. Act as the finance business partner to hospital CEOs, medical directors and clinic operations leads, reviewing monthly performance against budget and flagging variances before they compound. • Management Reporting. Design and maintain KPI dashboards covering revenue per facility, payer mix, occupancy, cost per clinical department and EBITDA by site, tailored to what the GCFO and board actually need to see. • Board & Executive Reporting. Lead monthly and quarterly Group reporting packs, board materials and ad hoc analysis requested by the GCFO or executive leadership. • Cost & Margin Management. Identify cost and margin improvement opportunities across the hospital and clinic portfolio, working with operations to size and track the impact of initiatives. • Strategic & Investment Support. Support the GCFO on business cases for new facilities, service line expansion and, where relevant, M&A or partnership evaluation within KSA. • Team Leadership. Manage, develop and review the work of a team of two FP&A analysts, and act as the primary point of coordination between facility finance leads and Group Finance. • Cross Functional Coordination. Partner with the Group's financial reporting and treasury functions to ensure FP&A outputs reconcile cleanly with statutory numbers and cash planning.
