The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy Minimum 4 years experience in Compliance and HR legal advisory role. Proficient in Spanish labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices, with a strong preference for candidates who possess a strong background in ensuring compliance in multiple countries. Fluent in Spanish and English Passionate about fast pace environments. Ideally have a degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, or Social Sciences; a background as a Labor Lawyer or “Graduado Social” is highly valued. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
