Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineeringfrom an
  • ABET-accredited university
  • 4–5 yearsof experience in civil engineering design and project management
  • Proficiency with Civil 3Dsoftware

  • Strong technical drafting, detailing, and calculation skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience leadingcomplex or large-scale civil engineering projects
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)or the ability to obtain licensure in the near term

  • Familiarity withCAD, BIM, and simulation tools

  • Knowledge oflocal, state, and federalcodes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Lead thedesign and developmentof detailed engineering plans for commercial civil site projects

  • Prepare and reviewtechnical drawings, calculations, and specificationsto ensure accuracy and compliance

  • UtilizeCivil 3Dto develop 3D models, construction documents, and grading plans

  • Collaborate witharchitects, engineers, and contractorsto integrate designs and resolve technical issues

  • Conductquality control reviewsto ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards

  • Providetechnical leadershipand mentor junior engineers to enhance team capability

  • Participate inclient meetings and presentations, communicating design updates and recommendations clearly

  • Support project delivery through effectiveschedule, budget, and resource management

  • Occasionallytravelto client sites or project locations as needed
