Job Title:Apprenticeship Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate:$23/hour with potential to increase at time of hire based on performance
Hours:Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm but may have some flexibility
Length:Temporary to Hire, potentially Direct Hire for the right candidate

About the Role:
You will oversee the daily operations, compliance, and development of the apprenticeship programs. You will be the liaison between apprentices, employers, training providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure a successful placement is made.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the apprenticeship program, including registration, enrollment, tracking and through the completion of the apprenticeship’s program
- Maintain records and ensure program standard compliance with state and federal regulations and labor laws
- Review and keep current on-the-job training documentation and evaluations
- Work one on one with apprentices, provide guidance and support throughout training
- Monitor apprentice’s progress, attendance, and performance in the classroom and on-the-job settings
- Facilitate any issues and promote apprentice success and retention
- Work closely with employers to ensure the training aligns with program standards
- Correspond and coordinate with State Representatives
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to program registration, certifications, and evaluations
Requirements:
- Must have Administrative Assistant experience
- Highly prefer knowledge of apprenticeship, unions, and related trades industry experience
- Associate degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Build and maintain positive relationships
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Outlook, Teams and good typing skills overall
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities, strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
- Stable work history
